Mold storage racking
Mold rack is also called tooling rack. Slide rack is widely used for heavy toolings. The standard size is L3000xW610xH2000 with four levels. The top level is fixed and its loading capacity is equal to or bigger than 2000kg. The lower three levels can be drawn out 500mm and can load as much as 2000kg.
The lower three levels can only be drawn out one by one. For example, when first level is drawn out. The second and third level can not be drawn out. This is because of the self-locked system. We design this system to protect the whole rack in stable situation and safe.
Slide rack is widely used in work plants of machinery industries. To work with crane will enhance the work efficiency. For toolings are often very heavy and small in size, so the draw-out design makes toolings easier be taken out. So it makes access work convenient.
