 Payment Policy 

*  We accept PayPal (All credit cards must be paid via PayPal).

* The payment must receive within 5 business days after placing the order. Otherwise customer will be reported as Non-Paying Bidder.

 Shipping Policy 

*  We work with major forwarders: DHL,FedEx, EMS (International Parcels/Mail if no EMS service provided).

*  All purchased item will be delivered within 3 business day if the payment is cleared (Mon-Fri).

* For all international shipment, the buyer is responsible for all customs, tariffs, duty, and import fee or other hidden charges. The fees are not included in the shipping charge or item cost.

* All items will be packed Carefully, Because of the fragility of the product ,shipping insurance is highly recommend.

* We are not responsible for any product lost, damage or other unpredictable destruction during the freight except there is shipping insurance.

 Return Policy 
 
* All items can be returned within 7 days after receiving the package for refund (via PayPal), if the package is not opened. Buyer needs to be responsible for two-way shipping fee.

* All returned products must be in original condition, any used item will not be eligible for refund and exchange.

* The 20% re-stocking fee of original item cost will be applied for all non-defective, screen not used, screen not need, and wrong screen, order return or exchange. 

* The Freight is non-refundable in all cases.

* A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all return. Without RMA number the return will not be accepted.

* We will process your return request within 48 business hours and send you the RMA# and shipping address for return items. 

* We only accept the original package. Please make sure the item have no man-made damage.
