Q2:: What is the raw material of your products?
A2: As general, the raw material of the tent is 190T polyester, 210D oxford cloth . Other material is also
available to clients’ requirements.
Q3:: What is the term of payment?
A3: As general, 30% T/T down payment and balance before shipping.For small orders we require100% advance payment in order to avoid the second bank charge on both parties.
Q4: What is the delivery time?
A4: It depends on the order quantity and types. General speaking, it will use 30 days.
Q5:How is your quality control?
A5: As a manufacturer , we value quality, and are committed to it. Our quality control steps include:
(1) confirm everything with our client before moving to sourcing and production;
(2) check all the materials to ensure they are correct;
