Product Description

Test for quality control:

Heat test:	put the glass lid into oven at 200 °C for 60 minutes, remove immediately into water at room's temperature, the lid should not be broken or cracked.
Impact resistance test:	drop the 225g ball from the height at 1.5 metres in free fall and impact on the lid at 1/3 radius, so after three times, damage or cracks are not allowed.
Pressure test:	use 120-grit abrasive paper scraping on the back side of the lid for 15 times, then check after 24 hours,the lid should not be broken or cracked.
Dishwasher test:	washed by the dishwasher for 50 times, the lid should not turn to be yellow or dark, and without loosing and deformation on the stainless steel rim.
Destructive testing:	break the lid with hammer and check,the number of particles should be over 50pcs within the area of 50mm*50mm, and the biggest fragment should not over 3g.
Salt fog test:	Put the lid into the the frog of 5% Nacl with the PH at 7.0for 24 hours, unmovable rust is not allowed on the rim.
