Waterproof and fireproof building wood plastic template
The thickness of this product is 15mm,0.03mm or less error.The diagonal error of 0.03mm or less.
When the products enter the construction site,the weight of each package is 0.9tones(50pcs,1830mm*915mm)
1.Be sure to use professional wool hoisting belt (such as with wire rope gasket ,please,lest cause,damage,effect use)when unloading crane is installed(such as on or off the floor)
2.SENYU WPC construction formwork can be put randomly,when soaking rain,sun,it will be not delaminating ,expansion and deformation
3.It can be put anywhere when it is installed .It can be nailed,planed and drilled.Cutting size can be according to the various requirements,no rational requirements.
4.The keel must be flat(6*9wood square,professional square rube keel,etc.)The space between steel pipes should not be greater than 240mm.
5.Strengthening nails connection,there should be 10mm form the board edge,the edge won’t be damaged or burst (length should be 1.5cm to 2.5cm diameter can not be more than 0.25mm,gas mail is the most suitable).
6.Do not use violence when remove the formwork .There is no need to remove it vertically within 5 meters high (90 degrees),should be along the direction of falling.
7.There is no need to brush releasing agent when reuse the template
8.When pouring concrete ,this product will not be bibulous ,good effect of keeping in good health,smooth dismantle,no need to plasterer.
9.Through two year of appliance and market feedback ,template can be reused for more than 30 to 40 times
