We produce our lotus seeds by selecting the best of  lotus seed without cores, adding some sugar, filling into aluminum foil bags, sterilizing after being filled with the nitrogen gas. They can be deible as soon as being opened and also can be used to boil porridge. The shelf time is 12 months. Fragrant and sweet.
