Application
Used for high-speed mixing frac-fluid and adding additives. Used for batch mixing frac-fluid, as well as mixing just in time and providing fluid for blender.
Characteristic
1.With high mixing energy, avoid non-uniform and “powder block” phenomenon.
2.With high discharge viscosity. Used for batch mixing frac-fluid, as well as mixing just in time and providing fluid for blender.
3.Use weightlessness method as measurement for powder. Ensure continuous powder feeding, and feeding precision is ±1%, mixing ratio precision is ±2%.
4.Autocontrolled. All operations can be put up by the computer.
