Level sensor 1043-PT (see Figure 1) for vertical mount tank float level sensor,our hot sell models , which is made of PT(Teflon) material Its features simple structure,light weight,mini volume, chemical liquid resistance, high temperature resistance ,food grade optional. It can be easily installed and used, safely and reliablely for the water tank level control,it has higher speed, longer life, stronger anti-load impact to compared with the traditional electronic switches and it without complex circuit ,will not be disturbed ,easy to use to control level.
PTFE(Teflon)
commonly known as "non stick coating" or "easy to clean materials. This material has excellent overall outstanding performance, with acid, alkali resistant, resistant to various organic solvent characteristics, almost insoluble in all solvents. At the same time, PTFE has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, coefficient of friction is very low, so it can be used for lubrication of remaining, also became the ideal easy cleaning pipe inner coating.

B: Working principle:
The float level switch utilize the liquid buoyancy principle, along with the liquid pressure (water level) the float ball will move up and down ,the it will trigger the reed switch that sealed in the the PP stem ,the magnet arm will be affected, and for send the connect (ON
or disconnect (OFF) signal.
C:The installation instructions (see Figure II)
1.on the bottom or the ceiling of the tank,vertical mount, No( open) or NC (closed) due to the installation position..
2. The total length of 0825-P is 36 mm , the connect use the M8 stand thread,f diameter of the connector thread is 8 mm, length is 11 mm ,hex stem diameter 13 mm,height 4mm
3. Unscrew the nut ,via the hole at the bottom or at the ceiling , then tighten the nut.
D: Instruction
1: The range of temperature -30 ℃~ 85 ℃
2: Suit for corrosive liquid and other liquid , and the viscosity of the liquid is not high stick, won’t be dry.
