Hydraulic dock ramp is the special auxiliary equipment used for loading and unloading of goods. Its height can be adjusted with the different heights of lorries. Some transport vehicles like forks can directly move into the wagon box with goods in using it, and only need one person operating.
1.Heavy-duty mobile tyre
Mobile wheels adopt solid tyres, need not inflatable, durable, cooperate to brake pad, guarantee the operation safety.
2.Adjustable height supporting legs
Prevent forklift into vehicle gravity concentrate on vehicle tail produce car overturned. Can fully guarantee the operation safety. The different height to vehicles, suitable for height adjustment of vehicles
3.Manual hydraulic elevator system
It's equipped with handle hydraulic device adjusting the working height directly ,which don't need electricity.
4.Fold-down transition board
The tail and transition plate and forklift folding hook can be convenient mobile cllimbing.
1.The ramp using the hydraulic pump as lifting power, and no need electric power source, can easily adjust the height by hand-cranked
2.Adopting anti-slip checkered steel plate to guarantee good anti-slip performance of the platform
3.We use solid tyres instead of the pneumatic tyres which will be more safety and easy to control during operation, it will extend the tyres and the ramps service life.
4. Adopting imported sealing member to guarantee good sealing performance of the hydraulic system.
1. Fasten the return vavle and press the handl to move the ramp over the truck soleplate. Unfold the landing legs to working height
2. Drive the car under the plate
3. Release the return valve, and the ramp will fall down onto the afterbody of the truck, then fasten the ramp and the truck with the chain. The hyraulic system and the tyres of ramp do not carry the weight.
4. Operating starts.
5. When the operation finishes, untie the fixing chains. Lifting the ramp by the handle stick, and then drive out the truck
6. Uplifting the afterbody of the ramp to move around hang on the truck
