Deep fried shrimp paste is being applied HACCP management program under Europe standard with main ingredients are tapioca flour, shrimp, spices which will bring to you a delicious flavor. Deep Fried Shrimp Paste has won Gold Medal at International Fair about Food, Processing Industry, Food safety and hygiene in Hanoi in 2000.
Specifications
Shimp chips D3515 making from fresh shrimp (15%), tapioca starch, spice, with peper, onion, chilli in a good hygiene condition.

Standards: EU code HK 129 & HK 328. Us FDA approval certificate. Haccp, gmp & ssop, halal.
Ingredients: Tapioca flour, shrimp, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate (msg), sodium hydrogen carbonat, citric acid, garlic, other spices (pepper, onion, chilli)
CERTIFICATE:
1. SOAK INTO OIL:
Soak chips in cooking oil at the temperature 160-180 0C. Take out quickly when the chips just turn brown yellow and swell.

2. TO ROAST ON VIBA OVEN:
Using the viba oven at the rate of micropower (capacity of 600 – 1000w) from 40 to 60 seconds.
3. SOUP COOKING:
To boil 100gr of chips from 3 to 5 minutes. Preparing for 400ml hot soup, to fill into the bowl together with chips, shallot, bean sprouts, blood curds (or pork, beef, chicken) and favorite spice.
