Sublimation Layer Coated
By applying our exclusively designed sublimation coating , this blank mug become printable with photos exceptionally bright and vivid. The coating provides strong adsorption capacity of adsorbing the sublimated ink molecule.
ROHS certified, Lead free
The coated mug is ROHS certified by SGS Group, it is 100% Lead free.
Grade A surface quality
There are 2 major aspects causing mug surface problems. The ceramic raw material quality and the surface treatment process. Subtransfer choose the best quality of raw ceramic for this GRADE A mug and have high precision surface processing to remove bubbles, craters or any other surface defects.
Dishwash Safe
The mug is dishable and Microwave safe.
Making Process:
1. Select your favorite photo/picture from your computer.
2. Print it out onto inkjet paper by common Epson inkjet printer.
3. Sublimation ink is required.
4. Stick the paper with photo on the mug surface by heat resistant tape.
5. Set temperature and time moderately on the mug heat press machine (i.e. 180 degrees and 120 seconds)
6. Tear off the image paper after the countdown is completed.
7. Enjoy your personal designed sublimation mug!
Shipping Method:
For small qtty will be shipped by courier door to door e.g: DHL, UPS, EMS, FEDEX IE, FEDEX IP, TNT ( shipping days 3-4 days)
For bigger qtty will be shipped by sea shipment to your pointed nearest seaport ( shipping days 1 month)

3. You arrange payment after you confirmed proforma invoice, we will arrange production after received your payment notice.

4.We will arrange delivery after your payment arrived and goods ready,and at the same time we will tell you goods tracking number so that you could know your goods condition by this number from courier site.
5.You will receive your order in about 3-5 days after goods ship out.
