its a simple and unified body, one piece of molded polymer body is a completed product that you can expect. There are no any extra sticky boards or accessories needed for getting the cases printed.
If we take a closer look to the charming pictures we'd find it simple - the simple pixels. Our job is to make sure each pixel show the correct color that it is supposed to, and we are happy that we did it by using the 3D vacuum heat press machine, which provides the printing substrate a more even pressure and heating process. What you need for sublimation printing on 3D phone cases?
1- 3D sublimation vacuum press machine for 3D phone case
2- inkjet printer .e.g Epson
3- sublimation ink
4- Sublimation paper
5- heat resistant tape
6- blank phone cases
7- 3D mold/metal tool
Sublimation printing Process:
1. Get images from digital camera, memory card or scanner.
2. Print image with heat transfer paper and sublimation ink
3. Stick the imaged paper on the polymer case surface by heat resistant tape.
4. Add the case to the 3D metal tool, and then use the 3D machine to transfer the image directly.
5. Tear off the image paper and cool it for some time.
6. Add the polymer case to your phone.
7. Enjoy your personal designed 3D case!
