Platinum Phase PP Series is a thermosetting powder coating based on specially selected saturated polyester resins and hardeners to give a Pure Polyester powder coatings. It is developed to satisfy the requirements of Exterior durability with attractive decorative finishes combined with Optimum protective properties. Platinum Phase PP series offer excellent gloss retention and resistance to color change properties. Platinum Phase PP Powders are available in a variety of colors as per RAL Card, custom made Shades in Glossy, Satin and Matt finishes. Other patterns like Grit Finish, Texture, Wrinkle, Hammer Tone & Metallic Finishes are also available.

POWDER CHARACTERISTIC:
- Chemistry: Pure Polyester
- Particle size: Suitable for electrostatic spraying
- Specific gravity: 1.20 - 1.70
- Curing schedule: 200 C / 10Min & 180 C / 12Min (metal temp.)
- Storage: Dry ventilation conditions below 33C
- Shelf life: 12months
APPLICATION AREA:
Platinum Phase PP Series is recommended for Exterior applications. It’s available in variety of colors, finishes and gloss levels. Typical application areas are Aluminum Industry, Electric Panel Boards, Air conditioner cabinets, Farm equipments, Garden Furniture, Playground item, Automobile Accessories, Architectural items, Light Fixtures etc.
