Platinum Phase PU Series is a thermosetting powder coating based on specially selected resins and hardeners to give Polyurethane powder coatings. It is exterior durable caprolactam-free IPDI cured polyester powder coatings developed to satisfy the requirements of Exterior durability with attractive decorative finishes combined with Optimum protective properties. Platinum Phase PU series offer excellent gloss retention and resistance to color change properties.

POWDER CHARACTERISTIC:
- Chemistry: Polyurethane
- Particle size: Suitable for electrostatic spraying
- Specific gravity: 1.20 - 1.70
- Curing schedule: 200 C / 10Min & 180 C / 12Min (metal temp.)
- Storage: Dry ventilation conditions below 33C
- Shelf life: 12months
APPLICATIONS:
Platinum Phase PU Series is recommended for Exterior applications. It is well suited for architectural sections, automotive parts, exterior fixtures, garden equipments and furnitures, agriculture machinery, bicycles, fencing, Air conditioner external units, Playground item, etc.
