Special Designed for Tower Crane Blasting Cleaning and Coating
Tower crane shot blasting coating production line is used to shot blasting clean the small and medium welding structures of tower crane and coat premier and finish paint. By shot blasting, it can remove rust and oxide layers from steel structure and prepare good surface quality for painting. Also, it improves paint film adhesive to steel and prolongs service life.
This production line is comprised of hanger chain conveyor, shot blasting machine, premier painting and finish painting spray booths, pulse jet dust collector and paint mist filters, PLC auto electrical contol system and so on.
