CONSTRUCTION :
Drawing block is internally water cooled by means of jet spray. Block is made from special grade cast iron to suit varied applications .
DIE BOX:
Die Box compartment, one receptacle for dry soap and other is for cooling water for die. Water out-let for die box is provided at the lower most level thus it requires no special attention at the time of changing the die. The Die Box is having a vertical adjustment for setting, which counteracts the bending.
WIRE BREAK DETECTOR:
A wire break detection switch is provided on one of the die box which gives protection against wire breakage. Thus machine is automatically stopped at the time of wire breakage.
The detector switch is interlocked with an indicator lamp on the operator's control box which indicates the wire breakage.

GEAR BOX :
Gear Box incorporates case hardened and ground worm shaft, worm wheel is made up of phosphorus bronze ring, Shrink fitted and brazed with C. I. Centers.

ON-OFF Switch
Inch Foot Switch.
Wire Break Indicator.
Guard Open Indicator.
Over Load Indicator
Over load indicator indicates when the over-load relay trips.
PULL IN TONG :
A box type pulling tong with hardened and serrated jaws are provided with the machine. This pulling tong has a small length of chain and a hook to fit in the pocket of block.

Driving Power : 40 H.P. Squirrel Cage induction Motor.
