ⅠWorking Principle of Soil Grinding Machine and Screening Machine
Model ZK-T soil grinding machine is used for soil heavy metal analysis and it should be equipped with four agate grinding jars. The pressure of the sealed agate grinding jar is set through the calibrated scale. While revolving around the rotary axis, they rotate around their own axis. The sample in the jars is smashed, grinded, mixed and dispersed by mutual collision and friction at highly speed. It can be dry grinding, wet grinding and vacuum grinding. Two or four jars can be operated at one time.
ⅡTechnical Specifications of Soil Grinding Machine and Screening Machine
(1)Voltage: 220V AC
(2) Feeding particle size: Soil≤10mm, others≤3mm Discharging particle size: can be minimum0.1μm.
(3)Rotating speed(R/MIN): Revolution: 35-450; Rotation: 60-900
(4) The power of three-phase motor frequency controller: 0.75KW (with electronic monitoring device with power display, continuous operation timer time (MIN): forward and reverse running period (MIN).
(5) Speed control Mode: stepless speed regulation, automatic forward and reverse timing, automatic shutdown.
(6) Maximum continuous working time (full load): 72 hours.
(7) Electric screening machine: seven sieves at most, diameter 200mm; screening range: 20-200 mesh (minimum 20 microns) with digital display; the number of screening vibration 1400 r / min.

(2) Four 500ml agate jars, several agate balls. (Optional 250ml)
(3) Electric screening machine
(4) Round frame sieve with 20,100 mesh and a set of base.
