TYF-30 Used Fire-resistant Oil Treatment Machine, equipped with automatic infrared

Application:
It is specially designed for regeneration and cleaning of the fire-resistant oil and EH phosphate ester fire-resistant oil which widely used in governing system of the Large and medium-sized thermal power generating units .

4. It can not only remove free water and gas in the oil efficiently, but also remove 100% free water and 90% dissolved water and gas deeply.
5. Selection of newly stainless steel materials and special filter materials, progressive filter, to remove the large number of impurities in the oil to achieve precision filtration.
6. This machine is made by the 304 anti-acid and anti-dissolution stainless steel and the filter in made by the materials that couldn’t dissolve with fire-resistant oil. It is beautiful,light,easy to operate with a lower working noise and a long service life.
7. The device equipped with automatic infrared liquid level control system, automatic pressure protection system to ensure safe and reliable operation of high-performance equipment.
8. Filtering the oil online without nobody on duty. Lights indicates the operation of the machine.

Working process:
When it starts working, the used oil will be poured into the heater to heat under the vacuum pressure, then the heated oil enter into the primary filter which will eliminate the big impurities, then the oil enter into the vacuum separator, the oil will flow the special radiation device, which make the unit/volume oil to produce a large surface area, lets the pollution oil exposure in the low humidity atmosphere, thus the water, air and gas can be eliminated
The treated vapor and gas form the gaseous mixture becomes the liquid through the water tank and the chiller condensation, then the liquid enters water receiver together, the vacuum extracts the surplus gas.
The oil which is drained away water flow into precision strainer where can exhaust particulates (oil purification). According the quantity of the water content, a whole purification needs many times circulation to drain away the water.
