No heater portable oil purifying machine is applied to clean light fuel oil, gasolone , adopt coalescer and separator element
Applications:
TYB adopts coalescence separation filter which integrates high precision filtration and high efficient demulsification and dehydration into one, and can remove large amount of water without heating. It has the fastest dehydrating speed in domestic. This machine can quickly separate water from oil though the water content reach 50%. The oil cleanness can reach NAS six grade. This machine is used conveniently with go-cart type design. It’s specially suitable for purifying high water content light oil, jet fuel, gasoline, kerosene, diesel, light and low viscosity lubricating oil .
Features:
1. Using coalescing separation technology to demulsificate, coalesce and separate the free water and the emulsified water.
2. It adopts special oil water separator without heating requirement, and its dewatering efficiency is above 20 times of other kinds of purifier.
3. As no heating is needed, energy consumption and operating cost is reduced.
4. This machine is light and small size.
5. Low operation cost, 20%-40% lower than vacuum oil purifier, centrifuge and plate frame pressure filter machine.
