Application
EOS waste oil distillation plant can treat various kinds of waste oil such as engine oil, lubricating oil, tire oil, pyrolysis oil, heavy oil, gear oil, machine oil etc. It is our newly developed product combined with diversified latest technology. It uses solid gas phase catalysis to extract oils of light and heavy fractions through different temperature control combined with oils’ different distillation point.
It effectively removes heavy metal oxide, basic nitrogen, sulfur etc in oils extracted from the equipment. The final product can be produced into diesel oil or base oil according to the user’s control to equipment.
The production process adopts most advanced domestic separation method, uses full-bridge rectifier and electromagnetic vortex heating technology to rectify the oils through macromolecule barbotage decoloring and falling film separation. It is pure physical. During treating process it heats evenly with balanced flow rate and never breaks oil molecular structure and oil film.
Working principle
The waste oil can be pre-treated by our oil filtration machine TYA to firstly remove the mechanical particles & impurities, then pumped into pre-distillation kettle, add the catalytic, blend and heat, then the oil was pumped into main distillation kettle(there are several stages inside of the distillation tower), heat and distillation, we get gasoline, diesel fuel and base oil separately, then the oil vapor come
into cooling system and cooled down to liquid oil (diesel), some vapor which not cooled will come to furnace system to burn.
Oil output color degree can be as you wish.
