Packing: Knock-down packing or assembled packing
Package: Bubble plastics and wooden case packages are used mostly. Air case and other packages are also available.
Shipping: We can provide sea, air, land transportation and international multimodal transportation. Shipping port: Shenzhen, Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Qingdao, etc.
Lead Time:10 — 60 days depending on order quantity
1.Design: we can provide full design proposal such as layout design, 3D effect, product design, etc.
2.Warranty: two-year warranty is provided for all our animatronic products.
3.Installation:
Knock-down dinosaur: dinosaurs larger than container size need to be cut for shipment. We can provide on-site installation service. Technical support will be also provided to customers for training, operation and maintenance.
Whole unit dinosaur: diagrams and instructions will be sent to customers for them to install the dinosaur. Video and diagram will also be sent for operation and maintenance.
4.Spare Parts and Tools: we will offer necessary spare parts and maintenance tools for free.
5.Customization: we are able to customize dimensions, postures, functions, textures, colors and other details for any dinosaurs, animals and figures. New design customization is also available.
