For existing stock, within 3 working days. For ODM/OEM, within 14 days when payment is confirmed.
- What's the order progress?
1. Confirm your order details, send your contact details to our sales. Such as company name, address, tel, consignee etc.
2 We calculate total cost and delivery cost for you, then make Proforma Invoice for you to confirm.
3. Customer finish the payment according to the PI instruction.
4. Our finance department confirm the payment.
5. We prepare the products, or arrange the production.
6. We delivery the goods via Express. (Mainly DHL,UPS, FEDEX, EMS)
7. Feedback tracking number to customer.
8. Update delivery information for customer in time, and assist customer to solve any probable problems.
