Double Shaft Sigmar Kneader Mixer double sigmar mixer
Main Features:
Use Sigmar “Z” type agitator, two shafts do the 55 degree axial counter rotating with different speed to mix the material. The motor for agitator blade can rotate in positive and reversal direction. It’s applicable to mix all kinds of soap, especially to change the “crystalline phase” of transparent soap base.
The complete machine can finish material feeding, measurement, grinding and discharging automatically.
The discharging unit is cylinder type shaft acting door, air pressure: 0.4 - 0.6Mpa
A shaft rotation speed 22-36 r/min, B shaft rotation speed 36-55 r/min (rotation speed is selectable)
Power consumption is 15Kw+15Kw and 18.5Kw+18.5Kw
The part in contact with soap material is made in 304 stainless steel
