This machine widely used in soap, plastic, rubber, silicon, painting ink, basoid, carbon, foodstuff, medicine etc.
1. Total volume: 1000L, effective volume: 800L
2. Stainless steel trough with stainless steel agitating blade.
3. Main motor: Type-Y200L 1-4 Power-22kw
4. Reducer: harden gear surface column type gear reducer
5. Rated revolution: quick agitating vane- 37 r/min, slow agitating vane -25 r/min (or according to customers requirement)
6. Speed ratio of quick and slow agitating vane: 1.4 : 1
7. Agitation vane type and material: 2pcs, Sigmar type, casting steel wrapped with stainless steel
8. Gap between agitating vane and mixing bowl: ≤5mmor according to customers requirement
9. Shaft seal material: PETE (poly-tetrafluoroethy)
10. Electric control system: normal control, frequency conversion speed adjustable.
11. Material of mixing trough inner side and agitating vane blade surface: 8mm stainless steel
12. The jacket pf mixing trough can be designed into electric heating, steam heating or water cooling.
13. Discharging way can be hydaulic flanging, screw extruder and bottom discharge etc.
