Application:
1.The machine designed for forming thermoplastic sheet into different shapes of packaging model.
2. Suitable plastic sheet material : PVC , PE , PET , PP & PS .
3. Its finished products are widely used in sealed package of toys, hardware,
cosmetics, electronic products (batteries, electronic components and so on), foodstuff (fruits pallets, snack boxes, biscuit boxes, food dishes, trays etc.), etc.
Advanced Features:
1.The whole machine adopts PLC programmable control system and modern computer terminal memory.
2.The use of electric pull-sheet makes it easy to operate, gas saving, and stable while pulling thick sheet.
3.The temperature of upper and lower heaters controlled by Infrared ray , so the warm-up time is short. Spatial point-like temperature control, suitable for different temperature choices.
3.Rodless cylinder slices, the action quickly, without noise.
4.The whole control circuit using 24V safe voltage that can extend the life of electrical components.
5.Using 380V safety protection to protect overcurrent,overload and short circuit, an exterior automatic alarm installed.
6.Unique design, fully functional, more suitable for production of products difficult to form.
