Working Procedures
1.Customer provides either drawings of plastic housing cover or plastic housing cover samples for checking & quote.
2.We make our best offer according to the drawing or plastic housing cover samples.
3.Plastic housing mold making after price agreement and order.
4.First plastic housing samples provided to customers once available, for customers to check before mass production.
5.Mass production after plastic housing samples approval (We can modify the plastic housing mold if necessary.)
6.Packing & Shipping.

1.Help to identify possible design bugs,fine tune the design if needed to make it ideal for both injection work and its application in a cost effective way.
2.Help to make plastic resin choices if needed.
3.CNC prototyping services in house besides plastic injection mold and plastic housing production.
4.Assembly the plastic housing according to the customers' requirements and special packaging offered if needed.
5.Insert molding/Overmolding expertise.
6.Other value added services such as painting ,ultra sonice welding etc.

| F: Your injection molding capability ? |
| A: We are capable to make plastic parts from less than 1K up to 1000K. Insert molding, overmolding, thread molding etc . |
| F:What information do we need to provide for a quote ? |
| A: 3D drawing (IGS/STP format) for the plastic part you want to produce, plastic material statement, quantity needed, surface treament, color or sample for duplicate . |
| F:Can you help double check our design if we are not sure if it's injection workable ? |
| A: Yes,our engineers help verify the feasibility of your drawings or fine tune your design to reduce costs and improve molds. |
| F:What material do you handle ? |
| A: Almost all injection grade plastic resins such as PP, ABS, PC, PVC, PA(Nylon), PE, PS, TPE etc and Rubber . |
| F: Do you use virgin plastic raw material ? |
| A:Yes, of course. |
| F:What's the guranteed mold life ? |
| A: Molds are done in house and the mold life is more than 300,000 cylces. When the mold is out of its life, we could make a new free mold to you. |
| F:What's your general lead time for mold and production ? |
| A: Generally 30 days for molding ,within 2 weeks for production. Depending on specified mold and production order though . |
