MOEDL BC272W QUADRI-COMPONENT CARDING MACHINE
Application:
This machine is designed for the opened,oiled and blended wool to carry out trash-extraction, blending and slivering process and produce wool tops of given counts.
Characteristics:
+Synchronous drive of the whole machine and magnetic clutches on the decelerators on side-axles can improve its flexibility and avoid disharmony in running.
+PIV stepless speed changer and servo equipment are used in hinder doffer transmission for customers
to adjust according to the technology requirements.
+Large volume of feeder frequency control by an inverter and twice weighting generally keep the feeding
unevenness between 0.7-1.4%.
+Slivering structure uses fixed amount of central oil equipment which makes the lubrication convenient
and safe.
+Stepless speed regulation for delivery of slivers.
