E) CAPABILITY AND STRUCTURE
- This machine applies three-cylinder opener process to remove impurities before immersion
- The roller mill applies spring to add pressure,which guarantee the max pressure of 12 tons.The roller is made of cast steel.
- The dip tank for the overflow tank with a sharp end of groove, melting ratio, lotion, long life cycle, easy to clean, drain placed the end of a smooth, completely overcome the disadvantages of the hole leakage hair, made of high quality.
- Dipping tank, car transmission parts are used rolling cycloid reducer, mechanical
efficiency (up to 90% or more) durable, small footprint, easy maintenance, save energy.
- The main channel and sub-tank immersion tank in stainless steel (SUS 304) plate welding, bright and clean, long life cycle.
