Timber drying system

The working principle of heat pump using in the drying process is absorb heat from outside by evaporator, or recovery of waste heat during the drying, according to the compressor’s working, remove the heat to the drying cabinet, after the warming of the hot air in the drying cabinet, absorb the moisture of the products, lower the temperature itself, according to hot wind dehumidify or condenser dewater, discharge the water from the products, and make the products dried.

Characteristics of heat pump drying:

1. can achieve the cyclic drying under the circumstance of standard atmosphere, and good drying quality to the products.
2. high efficiency and energy saving. The COP of drying compressor units can achieve to 3.0 or above.
3. convenience to adjust the temperature and humidity, the whole drying process can be automatic.
4. environment protection. No exhaust gas, liquid waste and waste residue during the drying.
5. can be applied in a large scale, with low cost.
