Cold store container(walk in cooler)
1) panels are of 100% polyurethen insulation,which are constructed by being foamed in place with retarted polyurethane using high pressure
2) all panels are with flame retardant
3) panels are cam lock type, use a hexagonal key to assemble and disassemble
4) steel finish of panel: stucco embossed aluminum,stainless steel ,painted galvanized steel
5) panel thickness depends on the operating temperature of the room
6)floor panel: galvanized steel
7) standard hinge door,convex door and sliding for your option
8) refrigeration unit: copeland compressor,imported cooler
9) with fittings of pressure relief vent,control box,light,copper pipe,wires,drainage etc.

The foaming material we choose is imported BASF foaming material, green to the environment.
The cold store container steel sheet we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, they promise the painted galvanized steel they produce will not fade in 15 years.
All the cold store container panels are with gasket at the joint of two panels, enable the with better air-tightness, but not many panel factories realize this point or just ignore this to save the cost.
