The cold room is made up of pieces of polyurethane sandwich panels, density 43kg/m3,use imported BASF material to foam the pu panels by high pressure.All the panels are with fire retardant,and the cold room polyurethane insulation panels are appropriate for GB8624-1997<Classification of the firing capability of construction-material> and reach the requirements of level B1 hard firing materials.

We use the polyurethane panels to contruct all kinds of cold storage room base on the clients' requirement to meet their actual need. The polyurethane panels are with cam lock system, use the hexagonal key to assemble and disassemble, easy to set up, and convenient for the shipping,saving shipping space.
Advantages of the polyurethane panel:
1.Polyurethane panels are 100% polyurethane insulation, foamed by high pressure by using BASF foaming material,green to the environment.
2.PU panels are foamed by high pressure, our pressure plate can bear the pressure up to 200 ton, even foaming, the whole panel average density above 40kg/m3 which enable the panel with better thermal conductivity of 0.021W/(m.k)
3.All the panels are with fire retardant, self-extinguish; it refers to the safety problem.
4. The steel sheet we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, they promise the painted galvanized steel they produce will not fade in 15years, the protect film of the painted galvanized steel is 0.07mm thick, well protect the steel sheet.

Considering the space inside the restaurant kitchen is limit, we suggest to choose the Monoblock compressor which is space saving and easy to operate!
There wall mounted and ceiling mounted Monoblock compressor unit optional!
We usually use the Zanotti monoblock unit, Zanotti is Italy brand, they have been in the refrigeration line more 50years, reliable in quality and service!
Before shipment, we assemble the cold storage room in our factory to inspect the cold room panels, cam lock system etc.
