Blast freezer CONSTRUCTION:
The Blast freezer is included freezing chamber , refrigeration unit, trolleys, slope .
The Blast freezer freezing chamber is constructed of polished type 304 stainless steel, with 2" of CFC-free, high density polyurethane insulation 120mm. The door is equipped with a removable magnetic gasket. The door is with magnetism,which can be auto close .
Blast freezer Refrigeration Unit :
The self-contained refrigeration system includes a condensing unit using R-404A refrigerant. The compressor is a twin-stage type with inherent overload protection which is powerful and energy-efficient.
There are two design for the Blast freezer refrigeration unit installation :
A: The Blast freezer Refrigeration Unit can be installed at the top on the Blast freezer (built-in type refrigeration uint) ,
B: The Blast freezer refrigeration unit can be aside the freezing chamber or or installed separate from the Blast freezer ( split refrigeration unit , stand free )
Blast freezer hight quality refrigeration unit can ensure that the food temperature can fall down from +25 degree C to -35 degree C or -45 Degree C (just accprding to the food feature and size) , it can be Auto-defrosting . so there is no frost inside even if the temperature is very low .
Each Blast freezer will with Trolleys.
Trollery size is 500*600*1850mm
people can put the food on the pan , then put the pan to the trollerys , finally , push the trollerys into the Blast freezer for quick freezing
The Blast freezer is with the slope ,which conventient for the trolleys put into the Blast freezer
Blast freezer door .
We can design the door can be auto close . Also , we design the door inner with safty lock .It can open the door from the blast freezer inside .
