 Simple operation:

Quick chilling: ice-out in low temperature to integrate dough and recovery together; auto switch of time during whole process; independent frozen or dough and recovery function;  paste can be put in the cabinet beforehand by start frozen, ice-out, and dough and recovery auto switch function; simple operation by just put in the correct figure

Chilling system: air swept type chilling system enable the paste frozen in short time to keep water from losing
Heating and humidifying system: high efficient warm spraying heating and humidifying structure; well distributed temperature and moisture inside; auto constant temperature and moisture monitoring makes the paste exquisite and elastically.
The whole cabinet is made in stainless steel with high density polyurethane heat preservation material in interlayer; high attraction door offers leakproofness.
