1. Can we get some samples? Any charges?
Yes, you can get available samples in our stock. Free for real samples, but freight cost.
2. How can we get a quote
Please offer the specification of the product, such as material, size, shape, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.
3. What format design file you want for printing?
AI; PDF; CDR; high DPI JPG.
4. Can you help with the design?
Yes, 5 professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images.
5. What's the trade term and payement term?
100% or 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, WU, L/C, Paypal & Cash. Can be negociated.
6. May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes.
7. What about the lead time?
It depends on the products. Normally 5 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.
8. How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. one day after shipping.
9. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
10. How do you compute the shipping charges?
We will supply the shipping charges according to the estimated G.W. when quote.
11. Do you have MOQ?
Yes. The minimum order quantity depends on the specifications of the label sticker you want.
