The machine can stop the process of wrapping motor and turning the ball stepper motor at the same time , which  makes our design more reasonable. That is to say , once the inertia of the wrapping motor increases ( wrap the paper overlapingly ) , Just re-set the angle of stopping the wrapping motor ,making the two motors stop working at the same time to eliminate it.
