Production Process
1. Material:hight quality cold rolled steel sheet prepare for cutting.
2. NC Cutting: Raw material are cut by the high-accuracy machines.
3. Punching: The CNC machine tools and other machine tools work with the big-scale moulds together to realize the standard and flow production, which assure the production efficiency and quality and convenience in application
4. Bending: Skilled manpower and advanced facilities make sure the clear production lines and perfect appearance.
5. Spot welding: Weld with CO2 shielded welding or argon-arc welding, then slag removing and polishing.
6. Coating: All the sheet material parts will go through the treatments of water cleaning, acid-washing, phosphating etc. The importing automatic spray facilities and top-quality powder promise the coating to be flat and smooth, non-toxic and no smell.

Q: What is the lead time?
A: We usually will start to work after receiving 30%-50% deposit, and as for the exact lead time,
it depends on quantity and detailed requirement. We can promise it will be shipped on time
as we negotiated.
