What about payment & shipping?

For payment we accept T/T Bank, Western Union and Money gram. 

For items we will use bubble wrap to wrap the items and put it into a carton box.

How long can I receive the order?

All items can be sent via sea, air or express. For most countries, the shipment takes 7 to 14 business days after we sent out. And for some countries, the shipment takes 10 to 16 business days to arrive. Business days does not count Saturday, Sunday and public holiday. If you have any question. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

What if the item does not work when arrived?

If the item does not work when arrive, we are pleased to replace a new one for you. The buyer need to send the faulty item to our office first. After we test the item, we will replace a new one for you. 

What if the item has missing parts when arrive?

We will try our best to check every item to make sure all the part are included. If you find any missing parts when arrive, please email us immediately and tell us which parts you are missing. We will get the missing parts for you, and ship it back to you without any additional charges.
