Sisal yarn production processing equipment
Sisal fiber is a bundle of random fiber, which needs to be combed and spin in order to make sisal yarn.
Sisal combing machine function:
Place the fiber on machine bed, card and straighten the fibers of sisal sliver to be connected.
The machine is designed to remove/separate fiber impurity, and to loosen and straighten the fiber.
Step of sisal combing machine:
Primary card by No. 1 sisal combing machine, and then refined card by No. 3 sisal combing machine,
at last, refined card and draw by Double line drawing machine.
Drawing machine function:
connect and straighten the fibers of sisal sliver which is processed by
sisal combing machine on the previous stage,The machine is designed to improve the sisal sliver uniformity,
further remove impurity and get the specified linear density sisal silver, which for the next stage processing.
Sisal sliver is very loose, that it need the spinning machine what straightens specified sisal sliver to
twist specified linear density sisal yarn.
