Work Principle:
Short fiber rope making machine consists of conveying mechanism, carding mechanism, transmission device, twist-collecting part and the other components. Short fiber is put into the machine and transfer by conveying mechanism to have the first carding processing, loose short fiber conveys to carding mechanism averagely, carding mechanism does the second processing of short fiber.
And then the short fiber would drop down to V hopper and divide into some plies; under the leading of line, fiber would deliver to twist-collecting part and twist them to be rope, rope would be collected by bobbin averagely and regularly.
