1)Clean and Nice, Operation Security
Adopt new full closed cover,whose structure is much more simple and nice than the traditional separated machine .Meanwhile, the wire structure and the thread stand become one ,which is better to make the wire route closed ,so there's no cutting fluid splashing on the machine body,as a result ,the machine can keep clean for long time ,easier to clean.
2)Creative invention, durable in use
The bearing pedestal installing wire reel ,base and machine body are rigidly connected, the wire drum doesn't move right and left ,only does front and back , the movement of thread stand right and left makes the wire stretch out and draw back,which makes the weight of the moving parts recuse to 1% of the traditional,lowers the vibration when machine works and the attrition between Transmission parts ,as a result ,highers the stability of the machine.
3)Section cutting, guaranteeing the accuracy
The wire consumption mainly focuses on the large current and big pulse width of the rough process ,the consumption in Semi-finishing process is 1/3 of the rough process ,while ,in precise process,it is below 0.001mm.During section cutting process ,machine works for a long time , its wire surface in the precise process still can keep its roughness well and circle degree.Thus,this machine makes up the defect that the accuracy and surface roughness of the workpiece are lowered when the wire of the traditional medium speed machine works for a long time , our machine working effect can compare favourably with the cnc slow speed wire cutting EDM .
4)Easy operation
The Position of the operator and the wire drum changes from the vertical to the parallel, so ,it's much more convenient to thread wire and don’t need to move to the left of the machine to fix the wire .
5)Automatic tightening wire, improved effect
The machine is installed Constant tension mechanism, so the wire tension stays the same during the whole process and don't need to tighten wire manually as the traditional.

2.Arrange production
The sales manager to fax receiving your sign a good contract,Start the system production process for production.Cnc milling machine is usually within 15 days, vertical cnc machining center is within 25 days, gantry type machining center is within 45 days, if you need to add special configuration, the delivery time will be postponed.
3.The delivery
Production is completed in the process of delivery,Before the start,According to the industry standard,The remaining 70% balance need to receive you,It is recommended that you buy wooden frame outer packing,Prevent damage produced in the process ofcollision.
4. Check the acceptance
- keep your phone open,Convenient to contact you forwarder company,Receive machine,please check:
- If the outer packing damage, leakage erc, and if the goods damaged;
- Check the packing list,the product literature and warranty cards if they is integrity;
- Examine the content of the packing list,the product quantity to both consistent,and accessories;
- Machine details if they are normal, If have the trace of replacement and maintenance, If have other effects use of the problem.
B.Training and maintenance
1.In order to you more efficiency for production,At the end of the contract is signed,You can send someone to my company for professional CNC programming and operation training.
2.Warranty is 12 months which begins from the day when the machine has arrived at the importer’s port.
If the device can 't work normally,My company after received your notice, within 24 hours,We will send engineers to your factory for processing,If it is artificial damage,The Need to charge a cost.Warranty expires,Machine tools are still support maintenance.
3.Each machine leaving the factory will be along with related series or model the English instructions including maintenance manual and operation manual. Attached documentations may also include cnc controller instruction, parts instruction you bought.
