Based on year’s experience of machinery manufacturing, we designed and developed this automatic decorticator. It works well with high capacity, low labor intensity, low cost to have high-quality fiber, which is the preferred machine for fiber processing companies.
This autiomatic decorticator is suitable for different raw materrial such as sisal, jute, banana stem, pineapple leaf, hemp, ramie, kenaf and so on.
The raw material is sent to the blade drum by the feeding device. The high-speed spining blade drum and fixed blades break the raw material and separate the fiber and residue.The fiber separated from the residue will drop on the conveyor belt for the next process.

A: According to client's request, Weida Machinery can provide installation Technologists to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment.
Q: What about Warranty? What will we do if the machine is broken?
A: The warranty period for all of Weida’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally one year. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
