Working Principle:
Through motor works transmission part so as to impeller to rotate at a high speed. Rotating mechanical energy is converted to gas pressure energy and kinetic energy, and transport the air out through machine frame.
Function:
Y5-47 CENTRIFUGAL FAN with high efficiency, low noise, large wind characteristics and stainless steel material which has anti-corrosion effect. Boiler fan is for variety fuel and equip with dust removal device, which is designed for 0.2~2ton/hr industrial burner or living burner. The transmission of air temperature don’t exceed 250°C. Boiler fan makes of single inhalation, there are No.3.15~No 12.5 type and many others types. Boiler fan has two forms as left rotation and right rotation. Look squarely at fan from transmission part, impeller rotates as clockwise called right rotation fan, with” right” representation; impeller rotates as counter-clockwise called left rotation fan, with “left” representation. Fan exit position express with frame exit angle. “Left” & “right” total have four kinds angles as 0°,90°,180°270°.
