A:PRO solid bars
It is a solid-machined chainsaw guide bar made of high-grade steel with the groove milled out and a replaceable sprocket nose assembly riveted in place. The sprocket is incorporated in the replaceable sprocket nose assembly of the bar and carries the saw chain from the top to the bottom of the bar. This not only reduces wear, but also enables the bar nose to be made considerably narrower. The pro solid chainsaw guide bars designed with a narrow nose help reduce kickback tendencies. And the sprocket nose assembly can be replaced several times before the whole bar is due for replacement, increasing the service life of the bar.
Applications: For high-performance professional woodcutting with high-powered, heavy-duty saws. Available from 12" to 42".
B:Hard nose bar
The hard nose chainsaw guide bar is a rugged bar made from a solid billet of the highest quality steel and is cut by laser for consistent quality and durability. Instead of a replaceable sprocket tip, its nose is reinforced with a very hard steel alloy and is laser-welded in place for consistent quality, durability and high wear resistance.
Applications: A special-purpose bar for high-performance professional woodcutting with heavy-duty saws. An excellent chainsaw guide bar for dirty or abrasive cutting conditions and frequent plunge-cutting applications.
C. Laminated bar
This laminated chainsaw guide bar is made of high-grade steel. Consisting of three electrically welded metal plates, it is lightweight, yet provides great stability. A sprocket is incorporated in the nose of the bar that carries the saw chain from the top to the bottom of the bar. This not only reduces wear, but also enables the bar nose to be made considerably narrower. This chainsaw guide bar is designed with a narrow nose help reduce kickback tendencies. And the star-shaped sprocket can be replaced several times before the whole bar is due for replacement, increasing the service life of the bar.
Applications: All-around chainsaw guide bar suitable for small to medium-duty chain saws. Typically, this bar is not used by professional operators.
