Application： 881W is designed for nylon hook & loop tape(velcro), foam tape, double-side tape

Feature： • Light color, good initial tack, excellent anti-aging properties, strong peeling strength, no residual adhesive after peeling.

Viscosity：

3800±600 cps @180℃

4800±800 cps @170℃

6500±1000 cps @160℃

Softening point： 85±5℃

Instruction for use：• Suggested running range 160℃-180℃.

• Can be run on the hot-melt blade coating systems..

• Clean-up procedure: You can consult to the equipment manufacturer, or clean the equipment by mineral oil at 120 ℃. Then flush it by the same type adhesive below 170 ℃.

Precautions： • The property of glue adhesion will differ from the different surface of substrate and thickness of adhesive applied.

• Material is applied hot-appropriated clothing and eye protection should be used.

• Please keep the adhesive below 180℃during operation to keep the lowest danger of Flammable volatiles.

• When using the hot melt adhesive, Make sure the air flow and any fire is prohibited.
