Hot Melt Adhesive
Feature: strong Peeling strength, excellent anti-aging properties, good Elasticity, low temperature in use and energy saving, avoid the problem of adhesive carbonization due to high temperature.

Application: Low temperature construction adhesive used on baby diapers or sanitary napkin.

Working temperature: 120-140 degree
Storage period: 2 Years (indoor, unexposed to the sunlight, not more than 40 °C)
Method for clearing equipment: You can consult to the equipment manufacturer, or clean the equipment by clean mineral oil at 120 °C.After clean-up, flush it by the same hot melt adhesive not more than 170 °C.
Safety Precautions: To Minimize the risk of burns, please wear protective clothing & Goggles when working near the glue machine/applicator.To minimize the danger of Flammable vapors, the temperature should be lower than 180°C . Prevent the built-up of vapors, extinguish all sources of ignition during the use of hot melt.

For adhesive in block shaped, each piece is about 500g and packed by release paper, then put in paper carton, 20Kg/CTN
