Product Application

In HTV Silicone Rubber

Effect:With highly transparent and reinforcement effects,  fumed silica is easily dispersed in HTV silicone rubber.

Recommended model: HL-200，HL-200H，HL-300，HL-380，HB-151，HB-152，HB-615，HB-620，HB-630， HB-139.

 Addition level(m/m %) is 10~50.

In RTV Elastomer and Adhesive

Effect:Fumed silica is used as thickening, thixotropic and reinforcement agents in RTV rubber and adhesive.
Recommended model: HL-150，HL-200，HB-151，HB-152，HB-615，HB-139，HB-135.
Addition level(m/m %) is 3~20.

In coating, paint and ink

Effect:Fumed silica can be preferably dispersed in a polar system, act as anti-settling, thixotropic and anti-sagging agents.
Recommended model: HL-150，HL-200，HL-300；HB-151，HB-152，HB-615，HB-620，HB-630，HB-139.
Addition level(m/m %) is 0.3~5.

Heat-resistant material

Effect: With nano particle size, high surface are and high porosity, fumed silica can tolerate extrem temperature
Recommended model: HL-150，HL-200.

Plastic.

Effect: Fumed silica can used as reinforcement agent and improve plastic appearance and strenghten mechanical property.
Recommended model: HL-200，HL-300，HB-139，HB-630.

Addition level(m/m %) is 0.3~3.
