Rare earth pipeline ferrous traps can enhance the purity grade of the raw material and remove the ferrous impurities from the liquid slurry raw material.
It is the ideal liquid wet type permanent magnetic separator.
----Applications:
Rare earth pipeline ferrous traps are suitable for liquid filtration and separation in pipe line. The magnetic tubes within rare earth pipeline ferrous traps catch the ferrous impurities contamination in a product and it flows through the processing line thereby protecting product purity and preventing abrasive wear, prevents pumps from jamming, reduced damage and maintenance to mixers, refiners, filters, pumps etc. end assures a product free of iron contamination.
----How to clean the ferrous impurities:
Rare earth pipeline ferrous traps can directly connect with the liquid material pipeline.When ferrous impurity need to clean, open the outlet impurity ,draw the magnetic tubes and get rid of it. Then replace the magnetic tubes and close the outlet impurity.
