Electronic conveyor digital weighing scale is a modern and simple belt scale requiring no cleaning or other maintenance and easy to install on flat or troughed idlers without any changes in the conveyor.
Electronic conveyor digital weighing scale is designed for plant and process operations that run at higher rates of speed or require better-than-normal belt scale accuracy.
Electronic conveyor digital weighing scale weighs every kind of bulk goods, such as gravel, broken stones, chalk,coal, dung or grain, building materials, metallurgy, electric power, chemical, coal, mining, ports and other industries.
Owing to its compact dimension and the universal assembling parts,it can be mounted easily without difficulty in nearly every conveyor.

It is made up of weighbridge,Speed Sensor,Load Cell,weigh idler roller, electronics integrate,etc.

----How to work:
The electronics integrate output signals from the load cell and speed sensor to arrive at a rate of material flow to calculates the "Mass Rate" and "Mass Total" passing over the conveyor.
----Speed sensor :
The speed sensor is supplied in an extremely rugged execution. The arm is made of carbon steel. The wheel is pressed under the upper run about a tensioning element. By this the unit is protected against dirtying, humidity and ice on the lower run. Direct coupling the sensor, snubbing roll to ensures an accurate belt-travel readout.
