Standard: ASTM A 276/ A 276M, A 484/ A 484M, A 564/ A 564M, A 582/ A 582M,A 638/A 638M,A 705/A 705M etc.
Dimensions: Hot—rolled flat bar thickness range is 3~25mm, Hot—rolled flat bar width range is 20~320mm;
Hot—rolled flat bar thickness range is 20~60mm, Hot—forged flat bar width range is 20~350mm;Cold—drawn flat bar thickness range is 3~25mm, Cold—drawn flat bar width range is 19~180mm, Cold—drawn flat bar tolerance: h10 or according to customer’s request
Surface Quality: Hot—rolled,annealled,picked, Hot—forged,annealled,picked,or Cold—drawn bright surface, some need to do heat treatment properly according to customer’s request
Length Range and allowable variation: Length including Specified length,Multiple length and Radom length, the length should be 1000mm minimum, stainless steel flat bar with Specified length or Multiple length,
the length allowable variation should be as following:
Length≤4m··················0~+30mm
Length Range: 4m~6m··················0~+50mm
Length>6m··················0~+70mm
Straightness variation: unless otherwise specified, mechanical application hot—working or cold—
working stainless steel flat bars are supplied in mechanical straightening state. Straightness variation are as following:
Common level stainless steel flat bar············Straightness≤4mm/m, Total Straightness≤0.4% of specified length
Upper level stainless steel flat bar············Straightness≤2.5mm/m, Total Straightness≤0.25% of specified length
