How to make a good cable reel ? | |
1.Clearly know customer’s demand |
Communicate with customer about their demands |
2.Examine sample |
1.use ruler measure drum’s diameter 2.use ruler measure bracket tube’s diameter 3.use micrometer measure cable and each pc of copper’s diameter |
3.Buy the material of which need to make cable reel |
Like iron tube; Galvanized plate; cable, etc. |
4.Arrange the production |
1.use punch machine make the Galvanized plate, make sure the diameter is same with customer’s needs. 2.use cutting machine cut bracket tube, make sure the length is just fine and no waste ,then use tube bender to warp the tube, 3.use injection machine to product the sockets drums & plugs. 4.use punch machine to product Internal wire; Live contacts (L and N)/L; Earth contact; &Copper accessory/ 5.infrom the print house prepare the inner box and out box or customer’s label |
5. Assembling |
Connect each part together |
6.Examine the end products |
Put each piece of cable reel under the testing machine, see whether it’s galvanized or high pressure resistant |
7.Package |
Paste customer’s label on the drum; then put each goods into the box, finally packing with 4 cross packing belt to fasten the box. |
